Vending operations, managed.
Auto-generated picklists, cross-provider machine tracking, and daily performance snapshots — for vending businesses that run on more than one dashboard.
Automatic picklists
SMEAC pulls today's sales and planogram data from VendSoft, Vendera, and Haha, then hands your driver a phone-friendly list of exactly what to load and how much.
Fill schedules
Set which days each machine gets serviced. Track when it was last filled. Never guess whether a location got hit this week.
Daily performance
One place to see gross sales per provider — today, yesterday, and rolling 30 days. Backfill any day on demand.
Multi-company, isolated
One SMEAC server hosts multiple vending businesses. Each company's provider logins are encrypted per-tenant; no data crosses the fence.
Why "SMEAC"
SMEAC is a briefing format from the military — Situation, Mission, Execution, Administration, Command & Signal. The idea: give the person doing the work exactly the context they need, no more and no less, in the order they need it. That's the standard we hold this app to. A driver opening the picklist should see what to load, how much, and where — without digging through five dashboards to find it.
Veteran-founded
NJI SMEAC is built by Not Just In-Laws LLC, a veteran-founded company. We run a vending route ourselves, and we built this tool because nothing on the market did what we needed: unify the data from every dashboard our machines touch, keep our drivers moving, and stop losing sales to half-filled machines. If it works for us, we figure it'll work for you too.
